Why do some providers have more Insight reviews than others?
Review volume depends on how active a provider is across external platforms. Providers with a strong Google or Yelp presence will naturally have more Insight reviews surfaced.
Can a provider remove an Aledore Insight review?
No. Aledore Insight reflects what is publicly available on third-party platforms. Only the originating platform can remove a review.
What's the difference between Aledore Insight and Aledore+?
Aledore Insight aggregates reviews from across the web. Aledore+ is a separate system where providers directly confirm that a treatment took place — giving those reviews the highest level of verification.
